EL expression to make Family and Emergency contacts Title mandatory only on HR page not self service

Hi All,

I need your help for the subjected issue. I have tried below EL expressions nothing works. All changes are affecting both HR and Employee self self service page. Please advise.

#{backingBeanScope.HcmSessionUtilBean.userPersonId ne pageFlowScope.pPersonId}

#{securityContext.userName == bindings.CreatedByName.inputValue ? true: false}

#{HcmFusePlusBean.userPersonId != pageFlowScope.PersonId} or #{bindings.PersonId.inputValue!=HcmFusePlusBean.userPersonId}

#{!(HcmFusePlusBean.userPersonId eq bindings.PersonId.inputValue)}

All the above are affecting both the pages.
