Manage Yard ? How to move a shipment to the Yard ?

I query on the location on the dock and Yard manager screen.

Manage Appointments > I query on a shipment - for which no appointments are scheduled and this shipment I would like to move to a yard location. I have the rows/slots configured. But when I select the shipment > right click > Move to Yard - it shows the Yard screen - but the shipment does not move to YARD location. The save button at the bottom seems disabled.

Am I missing anything?  I would like to move the  shipment with no scheduled appointments to the yard.
