Email notifications for low Earned Time balances

I had this question from a manager, but I am not aware if this feature exists with Oracle Fusion Cloud?
Has anyone been able to set something like this up?

Is it possible to configure Oracle to email users when ET (Earned Time) balance gets either critically low or critically close to maximum?
