MSS UX - Change Manager quick action

Hello

We enabled the quick action 'Change Manager' in the UX but it's only showing as an individual action per employee. Under the quick actions at the top, it's not showing so the manager isn't able to reassign multiple direct reports at the same time.

Can you anyone inform me where to enable this quick action also for mass updates by the manager?
