How to bulk update Business Title

 Cause of Wrong data mapping, there are more than 1000 employee need to update Business Title. Bulk load tool is required. Does anybody know how to update/correct the data bulkly? I can't found this field in WORKER.dat of HDL tool. Best Regards! Ian
