Hi All,

this is an observation:

When we set the Person Number Generation to Automatic, then we are not able to update the Person Number using HDL. it gives this error "You can't change the person number because the person number generation method isn't set to manual." 

But can update the Person Number using REST API and Front End page.

 

Is there a reason behind HDL not able to update the Person Number but the REST API/Front End Page can?
