I am trying to understand the warning message, The Actual Quantity field can't be properly calculated, we are receiving on the Manage Financial Project Plan page.  I found Doc ID 2266569.1 that talks about this warning message.  The warning has to do with UOM being different on the Expenditure type and the resource in the RBS.  Does anyone know what RBS stands for?  All of my Expenditure types have a UOM of Currency.  I am attaching screenshots of the UI Page as well as the Oracle Document.
