We have defaulted the BU under profile option: HZ_DEFAULT_BU_CRM and the same is getting defaulted at the time of new channel creation.
Client has requirement to use Email as communication channel and currently they have around 80 BUs available.
Is it possible to define single email channel for all BUs. I tried saving the channel details without passing Business Unit name but system is auto-setting the same with default BU setup.
Has anyone come across such scenario. Please suggest the best approach.
