21B - Need to add a field to Convert Pending Worker Flow

Because of the way our enterprise is structured, our payroll representatives are the ones who end up converting pending workers to employees in HCM. When they do this they have to leave the hire action reason blank because they don't know what it should be (Our HR reps would typically decide this and then add it to the hire transaction after it's been processed). I'm wondering if there is a way to have the HR reps select the hire reason using a DFF in the offer creation stage and have that selection show up in the "When & Why" section
