Unable to create Award budget from another source

Summary

We are trying to create award budget from another source(project plan), however the Source Details required fields doesn't allow to make a selection

Content

Context: When creating an award budget, the only option that actually allows to create the budget is "Create Budget Lines Manually". In our case, we need to use the option "Copy from another source" or "Generate from another source" to reuse the budgets already setup in Project financial plan instead of setting budgets from scratch.

Issue: When trying to create award budget from another source, in the source details section, mandatory fields are empty which prevents to make a selection and move forward with budget generation.
