Hello,

We are using the smart view add-in extension 21.08.11 with Microsoft® Excel® for Microsoft 365 MSO (16.0.14228.20216) 64-bit.

After I create a new memo sub account I check in the model, on the next checkout the account just created is not there. Also I loose all the custom dimension associations. The web UI also not updating correctly when it comes to the sub accounts or account groupings are not simply there. My model is based on the Financials template.

Can someone please help?
