Starting some months ago, we started to get the following errors while transferring transactions from Production to costing.  I have not been able to identify the reason as I could have 10 work orders for the same end and 5 of the variances would post and 5 would not.

Component substitution variance, Resource substitution variance, Efficiency variance and Component usage variance - The input source values don't map to any output value defined in mapping set Component Substitution Variance. Details: You must either define a default output for mapping set or specify mappings for all possible input values.                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

The work order variances are not posting to the General Ledger and continue to increase in number until I can resolve the errors.
