After 21C, this screen is now blank when I try to access. Previous posts have not yielded answers.


Hi everyone,

We took 21C a couple fridays ago and ever since I have not been able to access My Client Groups > Learning. The page is simply white with only the global header showing across the top.

I have reviewed some other threads, including this one, but have not gotten any answers.

We had removed the Administrator Dashboard in 21B using Structure Editor (there was a very simple way to do this). However, that option appears to now be removed in 21C. In the link I posted above, Oracle's recommendation is to remove all personalizations which would restore access to the page.
