Change line manager for multiple incumbents

A user / line manager does not want multiple reports (incumbents on a position). Instead, the need is to have their direct reports amended so that they report to her direct report. This would be to change multiple employees reporting to one manager and add another manager (that consequently is also reporting to them).

User wants the core connect people who are reporting to her to report to the manger under her. Is it possible to redirect reports in this way?

There's no need to even give me an answer to this, but you def can. I simply want to find a resource to answer this for myself. I'm new to Oracle Cloud. I was a Taleo SME for ten years.
