Mass upload employee photos

After we went live (2019) with HCM we did a mass upload of employee photos. We will be taking all new photos and will be doing another mass upload in 2022. From what I read on here, it can be done with a zip file containing a BlobFiles folder and a Worker.dat file. What are the required columns for the Worker.dat file? How do we import it via the HDL loader, I have never done that as it was our implementer that uploaded the old file for us.
