21C Content counts are duplicating

Dear Experts,

Please advise why the content counts seem to be duplicated.

The course has only 4 contents after I updated the completion to the users the progress count is changing to 8.

It impacts the OTBI reports and gives more duplication completion records.

I have attached the example.

Screenshot1: I have updated the completion for the users that shows only 4.

Screenshot 2: After I update the completion it shows 8.

Please advise.
