Accrual Plan Balance - Not able to view beyond 10 years

HR Admin is not able to view accrual plan balance beyond 10 years.

HR Admin is not able to view accrual plan balance beyond 10 years, can view only upto 9 years.

is this Oracle limitation? Any pointers will be really helpful.
