Responsive Pages - Identification

I have been exploring Responsive Pages best practices and one question I continue to run into is how to identify what is considered a responsive page compared to what is not a responsive page/classic page.  I have reviewed the White Paper on Responsive Pages as well as what's new, but I was hoping to find a consolidated list or method for identifying all Responsive Pages.   Is it fair to say that all Quick Actions lead to Responsive Pages or is that a faulty assumption?  In addition, will the Navigator be decommissioned as most of the buttons on this seem to
