Report SSO users and Non-SSO Users with Sign-on Chooser page

We have enabled Sign-on chooser page. This helped us manage the contractors and system accounts for integration/conversion user accounts. The challenge is to identify who logs in using SSO and who do not. 

This is required for audit so that we can furnish this info on a periodic basis. Is there any existing report that shows this difference? Do not see anything relevant in the the PER_USERS table.
