I received an email saying that error 500 when creating compute instance and accessing some other resource was resolved less than a day ago. However, now, when I try to create an instance using the shape VM.Standard.A1.Flex, the error Out of capacity for shape VM.Standard.A1.Flex in availability domain SGAf:AP-TOKYO-1-AD -1. If you specify a fault domain, try creating the instance without specifying a fault domain. If that doesn't work, please try again later.
