How to capture custom validation for insurance purpose when adding family contact?

Summary

there are several validations when adding family contact as below

Content

1.  only 1 spouse can only be added for insurance cover,

2. Adding father and mother as contact should only be allowed at the time of joining,

3. Adding spouse and kids information can be done anytime but cannot be more than 4 kids or 1 spouse.

How can we incorporate all these in fusion?

We verified that Autocomplete rule are applicable for the basic fields only.

We have created DFF to include sum assured value but not able to add validation to populate the values based on grade of the employee.

 

The dropdown fields validation and the dff field validation doesn't exist for family and emergency contact section.
