Join XCC_BALANCES with PO tables

Hi all,

I need to retrieve the budget available amount (see screenshot below)

I found the amounts in the table XCC_BALANCES. But I can't find a way to join it with PO tables. I tried to link PO_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL with XCC_BALANCES.BUDGET_CCID but this is not the way.

Does someone know how to perform the join ?
