21.09 update changes EPM Automate Upgrade

Content

The September EPM update includes changes to EPM Automate. One of those changes states:

Security Enhancement Affecting Installation and Upgrade

On Windows computers, EPM Automate can be upgraded only by Windows Administrators or by the user who installed it. Starting with Windows 10, EPM Automate can be installed only by a Windows Administrator.

We have incorporated the Upgrade command into the daily archiving of application snapshots. Will this change affect that process? Similarly, if a user has EPM Automate on their local computer, but does not have administrator privileges on the computer, can they run the Upgrade command?
