Is it possible to remove Date of Birth off the Add Contacts search page?

When an Helpdesk agent goes to the contacts section and adds a contact via search, they are able to search for a user and see their date of birth.

is there anyway to hide this?

navigation: Help desk > Service requests > click on a service request > Contacts tab > add contact and search for a user
