We have noticed that Transfer Transactions are getting failed for Contingent Workers

Hi Team,

We have noticed that Transfer Transactions are getting failed for Contingent Workers. As we analyzed we have found that salary details was either null or empty.

We have Re -configured the Rule like below:
((Worker's Salary Details.Current Salary Amount == Worker's Salary Details.Proposed Salary Amount) OR ((Worker's Salary Details.Current Salary Amount == 0) AND (Worker's Salary Details.Proposed Annual Salary == 0)))

but still Transactions are getting failed.
