Administration-->Bi Publisher/Manage BI Publisher-->Runtime Configuration/Properties Refreshed?

Hi there,

I searched My Oracle Support and the Community, but wasn't able to find any documentation regarding the following:

Any knowledge/documentation regarding the settings set in the Reporting Catalog under Administration-->Bi Publisher/Manage BI Publisher--> Runtime Configuration/Properties.  Would these get refreshed every update or if they are set, would they remain the same?
