Time span Midnight - Workday Definition - Need to transfer the complete timings of shift starting in

We have a requirement in the time and labour implementation where if a person is working in night shift which spanning midnight then we need to transfer the complete timings to the next day.

For ex - If a person is working on a shift of 8:00 PM (Current Day Evening) - 5:00 AM (Next Day Morning) then we want to consider the complete 9 hours on Next day. We also tried by using Workday Definition and assigned to any employee with below configurations.

By using above Work Day Definition we are getting the timings correctly on the front end like below
