Summary

The expenditure batches in approval status can be deleted - this violates control as the approved batches should not be allowed to delete

Content

Project expenditure batches can be deleted at different stages of the process. But should not be allowed after it was approved

Status -  Draft -  Deletion allowed  ( Expected process)

Status - Submitted -  Deletion not allowed (Expected Process)

Status - Rejected -  deletion allowed ( expected process)

Status - Approved -  deletion allowed ( Not an expected process)
