Record External Learning Error

Hello,

Has anyone received this error before when submitting external learning experience? WLF-WLF_NON_CATALOG_ASSIGN_STATUS. When we fill in the cost and click submit we get an error to add the currency, but then when we add the currency and resubmit we get this error message. I have not been able to find anything on Oracle Support for this error.
