    @Experts : We have a requirements on UK Sickness absence from one of our construction client - As per their current business process, they send a reminder notification to employees when an employee has not submitted a sick note OR when an employee’s sick note expires, however this reminder doesn’t have any impact on employee’s payment. In their current EBS application payroll team manually track through the calendar and send the notification via email.

    We've provided the following two solutions:

• Solution Option1: Action items (Absence Certifications) with a Report.
  • We can use the Action item functionality to store the FIT Notes, and Self declarations. And build a report to identify the end dates of those notes and trigger a consolidated email to HR Team.
