We have existing customer from hospital industry which need support to mass edit Purchase order lines for Deliver to location / Organization

Use Case:
1) Purchasing process is initiated by creating Requisition and sometime requisition has more than 60 lines
2) On requisition the deliver to location / Organization is defaulted from Requester Preference
3) Purchase Order is created from the Backing Requisition manually ( Process Requisition UI) by the Buyer and the Requisition deliver to location
