Hi Experts,

Can we perform a Bulk Import for "Import Accounting Transaction’ " using web services/ rest api? 

In that case, can the zip file be converted to base64 format?  If anyone, has done please help with some links/insights.

Fun fact, I need to use Mule not OIC.
