Quantity vs Start/Stop time on Time Card

Hi All

We are having an issue with Oracle Time Card. When employee is first entering Start and Stop time for a day and then editing it to put Quantity instead of Start/Stop time, the backend tables like HWM_TM_REC  still have Measure(Quantity) and Start/Stop ( 2021-09-07T00:00:00.000+00:00 - 2021-09-07T17:00:00.000+00:00) Time which are causing issues. But when we check Time Card in UI, we only see the Quantity for that particular day. We have rounding for Start/Stop time and rounding FF is taking these Start/Stop dates where quantity was entered and giving incorrect hours. So want to know what can be the issue here?
