Checklist of Hire action is not getting assigned to employees loaded by HDL.

Summary

On-boarding: I have created a checklist and when I hire an employee manually it works fine but when I hire an employee via HDL checklist does not get assigned.Any pointers?

Hi Team,

We have created a checklist with Action HIRE for On boarding category, when employees hired manually and converted through ORC, Checklist is getting assigned, where as when they are loaded through HDL, checklist is not getting assigned.

Please share your inputs to fix the issue.
