Fast formula for Weekly threshold based on public holiday in the week.

Hello All,

Does anyone have a fast formula to achieve following requirement related to Time Calculation Rule?

When week contains a public holiday, the weekly hours above 32 hours should calculate as overtime. However, when there is no public holiday in the week, the weekly hours above 40 should calculate as overtime.

Regards,

Sumeet Jalan
