Recently in the latest release, I noticed that 'My Enterprise' tab is appearing on some of the ERP roles (I believe other HCM roles as well). This tab has the following springboard:

Offerings / New Features / Feature Updates / Setup and Maintenance

We don't want our application support end users to have access to these new feature. Setup and Maintenance got moved to My Enterprise from 21C. Business is checking if retain only setup and maintenance as part of the role functionality and hide others. 

Has anyone did personalization around this springboard or create custom role to remove these tiles. To me, both doesn't seems to be a good option. Any thoughts or how to overcome this scenario?
