Approval rule when Line Manager's Manager is the Requestor

edited Sep 7, 2021 3:54PM in Workforce Management 2 comments

Summary

We have a requirement where for Termination, Line Manager can Terminate the employees two level below in their hierarchy.

Content

Let's suppose there are three people in Hierarchy as 'A' is manager of 'B' and 'B' is manager of 'C'. So, data of Employee C is also visible to Employee A.

As per our requirements, when LM terminates any employee it should go to approval to a specific "Application Role". And when HR Specialist terminates then it is auto-approved.

So, when Employee A terminates Employee B, or Employee B terminates Employee C, then it is going for approval correctly.

Howdy, Stranger!
