Unable to see data loaded in measure using FBDI

I have loaded data using 'ScpMeasuresImportTemplate.xlsm' FBDI template in the seeded measure(Budget Value). The data got loaded successfully and I am able to see data in the backend table(MSC_MEASURE_DATA). I reran the plan but when I am unable to see that data in the UI tables and graphs.

Can anyone please help?
