Editing Referral Tab for Employee Referrals

Hi All,
We're looking to make our referral process more user-friendly. We allow employees to refer a friend on our internal career sites. Our issue is that hourly candidates don't have company emails, and often they don't know their username/password. Since their email address defaults to @invalidemail.com, they never receive the emails to reset their username/password. This is a separate, but related, issue. Since hourly candidates have trouble logging in, they can't always refer a friend. We were considering allowing HR to submit a referral on behalf of our hourly population, but this is a bit tricky.
