Overtime Calculation rule for saskatchewan (SK) province in Canada

Hello All,

We have a requirement to create weekly overtime calculation rule for saskatchewan(SK) province in Canada. As per the requirement:

In a week without public holiday, the hours above 40 threshold should calculate as overtime (8 hours x 5 Days). However, when there is a public holiday in a week, then overtime should get calculated over 32 hours of weekly threshold (8 hours x 4 days). As, public holiday reduces week by a day.

Creating rule for single threshold with/without holiday is achievable by delivered FF. However, the issue is with different threshold for a week with public holiday.

Can someone suggest, how to achieve this requirement? Is there any fast formula to achieve this requirement?

Howdy, Stranger!
