Selling Time Off Pay Period

Content

Hello,

We are merging Selling time off event with Open Enrollment, we are planning to open the OE in October, benefits election will effective from 1/1/22, same way we would like to pay the employees in 1st pay period of 2022. Is it possible? Do we need to do additional configuration? The user values to pay out the selling time, it is not taking next year 1 pay period, when I enter the 1 Pay Period it is considering current year (2021) 1st pay period.

As per my understanding when we run the accruals for 1st pay period of 2022 it usually gives accruals and Carryover to the employee, is there any way to reflect selling time off disbursements in 1st Pay period of 2022 and pay out?

Howdy, Stranger!
