WHO columns while calling SOAP/REST Webservices

We are using services account to perform the SOAP/REST calls while integrating with Oracle Cloud. However, while performing the transactions the created_by and updated_by shows as the service account. How we can pass the username who logged into the integration ?

Please suggest.
