How to make a bulk update on employee termination type null values

Content

For all terminations; we've been using a single action created with "Terminate Work Relationship" action type. This action was created without any value in "termination type" field, so the terminations have not been gathering any Voluntary/Involuntary info until now. We now need to update this info for all previous terminations and mark them either they were voluntary and involuntary. How can we achve that with HDL or HSDL?
