Allow edit to the Web Clock time events which are already processed

Hello All,

We are using the web clock to record the punch in and punch out, and we have requirement to allow employees to edit the time entries generated from the webclock and also send it for manager approval.

I have checked the check box to all edits at the entry profile and also at layout components the time type is set to edit but i do not find any attributes in approval to identify this change, can anyone please provide inputs on how to identify the change in approval and send for the approval only if there is updates to the webclock entry.
