Can I change the default language for newly created Offerings? Ours is currently set as American English?

We've just run a training session for some additional learning administrators. One question that came up was the ability (or lack of) to set a default language. 90% of our courses would run as British English.

I've taken a look in My Client Groups, Learning, Configure Catalog Defaults, but there's no preference there. Is there anywhere else to specify this as a default, even if away from the front-end UI?
