RUX: Manager Change Action-Workflow approval for Indirect's new Manager

Summary:

Hi,

When 'Manager change' Action is initiated for both direct and indirect reports the approval and FYI is going only to direct' s proposed manager and HR advisors as per the rule defined.

But we are looking for FYI and approval for indirect employee's proposed new Manager and HR Advisor.

L2 (Senior Manager)>L1 (Manager)> Employee

L2 Initiator- Manager change quick action for L1 Manager (Direct Report) and Employee (Indirect report)

Could you please advise on the workflow rule to trigger notifications.
