Absence Approval FYI notification to employee not triggered

edited Sep 16, 2021 3:59PM in Workforce Management

Summary:

There is an employee complaining he did not receive the FYI approval notification when the manager approved his absence request.

Content (required):

There can't be an issue with the approval task, since no one else complained about it. Moreover, our own absence requests as employees, had no issue. Also, the transaction console shows clearly that the absence was approved by the manager. My question is: is there a way to check the history of the emails/ notifications being triggered from the system? Thank you.
