How to generate single draft invoice line for rate based/ T&M contracts?

Summary:

There is a requirement from our client where they would like to have one single invoice line for T&M contracts and the following scenarios exist:

1. Contract Type is Rate Based

2. Contract will have labor, non labor and event based transactions

3. Contract will have more than one line.

I request all PPM experts to let me know if there is a way to achieve this, if yes, what is the configuration we need to do it in invoice formats?

If the above requirement is not feasible for the given same scenarios, Can we achieve the below requirement:

1. All eligible billable labor transactions belonging to multiple contract lines in one single contract, should club and generate one single draft invoice line.
