Applying filter for the analysis report with in the dashboard.

Currently we are building a dashboard with number of analysis/reports on Headcount using 'Workforce Management - Workforce Trend Real Time' subject area. One of the fields we are using as a filter in the analysis reports are 'Assignment Status' from 'Worker' folder. Currently Assignment Status pulling current status rather than showing historical status if user selects past period from the dashboard. For example, if a person's assignment status in Jan-21 is 'Active - Payroll Eligible' which got changed to 'Maternity - Payroll Eligible' in Feb-21. if dashboard runs for Feb-21 Headcount, the headcount for 'Maternity - Payroll Eligible' are correctly.
