    Getting duplicate notifications once I approve or reject Learn Requests

    For a few weeks now I have noticed after I approve or reject certain Learn requests, I receive a duplicate request (either within the same day or sometimes days later). I have a list of some people that I have noticed it happens to and also some names that have not been sending these duplicates.
